Ms. Durante's Class

This year the fifth grade classes will work on a variety of projects in the computer lab. Each week they visit with their teacher and we work on projects related to the curriculum in the classroom. Students will be introduced to the Big6 process of researching. As a result they will create projects demonstrating what they've learned.

5th Graders spend time each year learning about Endangered Animals. They research, make posters, and then in computer class they create a PowerPoint Presentation that includes an audio of their persuasive paragraph encouraging the reader to save their animals.
