SEPTA What is SEPTA?
Special Education Parent Teacher Association (SEPTA) is a town-wide special education PTA. It is a unit of Connecticut PTA and the National PTA. It is a non-profit organization, which is noncommercial, nonsectarian and nonpartisan. It was founded in June 2002.
